Hello All, kindly help with the common troubleshooting scenarios coming across MX, MS and Wireless LAN.

Hello @Prabhu1906 🙂,

 

In addition to the tshoot tools provided by the Meraki Dashboard,

 

For wireless related issues (DHCP, DNS, 802.1X, ...), you can use the Meraki Health feature by going to the Wireless > Access Point > Health tab:

If you need more details on those issue, you can navigate to the Timeline tab:

It will give you the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for some common issues, with clear guidelines.

I was looking very common issues the users face. Some of which are as listed below.

 

 

 DHCP Request Failure
DNS Failure
Authentication Failure
Wi-Fi Disconnections
Low SNR
Packet Drops
