New network design On Meraki

We are designing a new network scenario for our head office. The diagram is pasted below. We want all the internet traffic to pass through office 1 as it has 2 ISPs connected to its meraki MX105. In case of failure in both ISPs, all the internet traffic should pass through office 2 meraki MX105. ISP 3 is connected to meraki MX105 of office 2. How can we achieve this goal. We are using only meraki MX and MS series routers and switches.

Getting noticed

In your diagram the offices are connected to the same switches in Area 1 and 2, does that mean they are in the same layer 2 broadcast domain and share the same LAN subnets?

If so, you could run the MX105 firewalls in HA, with the one with 2 WAN connections being the primary unit and the other the spare.

I agree with @jimmyt234. MX-105 should be deployed in HA. Primary and secondary internet links should be terminated on the warm MX router so that they can manage their fail over in case one link goes down and the tertiary link should be terminated on the spare MX so if both primary and secondary link goes down traffic can be shifted to spare MX router and tertiary link can be utilised.
