Autnenticating log issue

Dear All, 

 

 

               we have a ssid with authentcating method with PSK, and i see there are many authenticating error logs with below, just wonder how do i fix such issue ? any help would be appreicated 

 

reason='eapol_timeout' radio='1' vap='3' channel='161' rssi='27'

What version of MR firmware are your APs on? The 802.11r Is enabled?

version in MR 27.7.1, and 802.11r has enabled

So this issue was related with 802.11r enabled ? So I will try to disable it and monitor the result

Are you using PSK with WP3? Is it possible change it for PSK/WP2?

just wonder if i changed from WP3 to PSK/WP2, client devices will need to re-login again ? 

Nope, the PSK key is saved.
