iPad text replacement - add to Meraki SM?

Our users will be using iPads to connect to a domain website which requires domain credentials in the form of MYDOMAIN\username

If you're an IT person you know most users want to do a forward slash when a backslash is needed.

What I can do MANUALLY is create a text replacement by clicking

Settings >> General >> Keyboard >> Text Replacement and add the setting

Is this something I can do via the MDM dashboard somehow?

That's a shame.  Meraki is my first MDM software.  I'll have to look into VMware next year to see what they can do that Meraki can't (I have no idea).  Thank you for your answer.

@DanHarmon All MDMs pretty much have the same feature set because everything is based on Apple's framework. While I don't think you can set text replacement with a profile, could using the domain profile and uploading/scoping it to your device via Meraki help? You can find the following in Apple Configurator 2.
