iPad in DEP and Single App mode has lost internet connectivity

I have an iPad that is enrolled in DEP and is in Single App mode that has lost wifi connectivity. I can't figure out how to get to settings to troubleshoot connectivity issue.

Connect your iPad to a Mac. Open Apple Configurator, if not already downloaded.

 

This will allow you to create and install a WiFi profile that *should* get you back on the internet. You'll then be able to remove Kiosk Mode from Meraki Dashboard and diagnose the issue

@KennyL  If that doesn't work you can create an ethernet connection by using the below two adaptors. Note you have to power it using the devices charge cord otherwise the ethernet adaptor draws too much power. 

 

1. Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter

2. Apple USB ethernet adaptor
