Unlocking Big Sur drive with institutional Recovery Key

Is anyone else having issues decrypting Big Sur Macs using an institutional recovery key?

We've been following this guide which works fine for anything running an older version of macOS: https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Profiles_and_Settings/Using_File_Vault_2#Using_Dashboard_to_Unlo...

It looks as though it's going to work for a split second then returns:

zsh: segmentation fault  diskutil apfs unlockvolume "disk5s1" -recoveryKeychain

I've tried a couple of different machines, each has the same issue.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated 😀
