We have three laptops for our testing period (2 mac 1 windows). The Mac in question is up to date on OSX updates, has the agent and the profile installed, has a "Yes" under Managed in the dashboard, and checks in regularly. For some reason, the base policy (screensaver 5 mins) doesnt kick in. The screen saver works fine of the other two laptops.We've uninstalled/reinstalled the meraki mdm profile and restarted the laptop many times.
Has anyone experienced this before?
