Prevent MDM Profile removal in iOS

Hi.

I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times, so here goes for 1001.

I'm managing a classroom set of iPad minis.  They're all iOS 11.

The pupils have been able to access Settings, and delete the Meraki profile which then undoes all the restrictions put in place and they can access the App Store to download games etc.

Is there a way to prevent the removal of the MDM profile?  Better still, is there a way to hide Settings?

On the management console, I have unticked/ticked all the visible options preventing profile tampering, app installation/removal.  This morning I've just turned on the Alert to let email me whenever it's removed.

For information : There could be some cases where alerts won't work ( in case of a hard reset for instance )

DEP is the only program that will allow you to lock the MDM profile.

@CarlosDMS Apple got rid of the feature of installing and locking individual profiles from the MDM. All profiles are installed under "Meraki Management" and if the device is not enrolled in DEP then that profile cannot be locked/forced on the device.
