No apps are installed on the mobile device

Hello everyone,

I am currently unable to install any apps on our Andriod devices. I get the following error message in Meraki:

Error: Google::Apis::ClientError notFound: No device was found for the given id.

Is there a way to fix this error or do I have to wait until Google registers the devices with you?  Has anyone had this problem with this error message before?
The devices are stored in our ZeroTouch portal and the profiles are correctly stored on the devices via Meraki. Only the apps are not working.

Greetings

I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

I was having this issue as well. Turns out it is a known issue, and the SM Engineering team is working on resolving. Reached out to support and they suggested the only workaround was to factory reset and re-enroll the device.
