Meraki Systems Manager, setup email on iPhone

I'm new to Meraki Systems Manager.  I have my iPhone enrolled in the Systems Manager, and I installed the certificate on my iPhone.

 

It says the APNS certification has expired, and I'm working on renewing it

I'm assuming that's why it says 'Client synchronization is not yet complete' ?

How would I setup my company's email on my iPhone using MDM?  

I think I need to go to, Systems Manager --> Manage --> Settings and add profile?

How would I add my iPhone to it and also how do I setup the company's email on my iPhone?

 

I know I can use the Outlook app, but for security reasons, I have to go through Systems Manager

 

I have the Meraki MDM app on my iPhone, and on the status,

 

Connected, Enrolled, Compliant, Location all have green check marks

Assuming this is the correct way to add email through the MDM iOS app, 

On the Meraki dashboard, Apps, I added 'Microsoft Outlook' iOS app, and pushed it just to my iPhone.

Now, when I open the Meraki MDM app on my iPhone, I see the Microsoft Outlook automatically generated, but its just spinning.

 

I'm assuming this is because my APNS certification is expired?
