Meraki SM & Android 7.0/Samsung Galaxy S7 clear passcode issues

Hi

 

Our latest Android 7.0 Samsung devices no longer seem to accept either the clear passcode or device reset commands.  Systems Manager is installed, and is enabled as a device administrator on the handsets in question.  Other functions like tracking, sending the device messages etc seem to work.

When attempting to clear the passcode or reset the device the console responds with a message saying Systems Manager is not enabled as a device administrator (which it is). 

 

Has anyone else experienced any issues with the latest Samsung devices?  I've tried installing Systems Manager both direct to the phone and using a separate android for work profile - same outcome each time.

I'm having the exact same issue with an Android 5.1 device. Did you get a fix for this?
