Meraki SM - New devices not showing in dashboard

Hi,

 

I am trying to currently put new windows 10 laptops onto our dashboard, using the installer that we normally use, however the laptops are not showing.

 

I have the logs if this would be helpful?

Hi @Shane_Martin

 

Can you verify you haven't reached your licence limit? That can keep them from showing up if you are using the agent.

@Shane_Martin yes licensing is something to check, this caught me out the other day also try temporarily disabling windows firewall and see if that makes any difference. 

 

One other thing have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the agent installer via your Meraki dashboard?
