Meraki MDM is not working, All command sent to iPad are Pending

I am sending an app update to Ipad. and it is not going through. App is not updating and all other statuses are pending in the Activity log.

Hi,

What is the status of the iPad? Is it unlocked and checked in in the Systems Manager.

Unless you are using VPP and the iPad is supervised, the user will be prompted for confirmation before the app update will continue.

Hi Ruj, what version of iPadOS are you running?  I think I have a similar issue on iPadOS 13.2.3.
