Can you comment on the availability of the below requirements for Meraki Systems Manager:

1. Complete control through the SIM card
2. WhatsApp backup (view & export) on personal & corporate phones
3. Call logs from the phones
4. SMS (view and backup)
5. Remote wiping (full and partial)
6. Cross-platform support (iOS & Android)
7. Control SIM 1 or SIM 2 on 1 device
8. Integration to SAP (ERP Solution)
9. Device backup and ability to view, extract & transfer

You can control the device via cellular data.  Is that what you mean?  The degree of control depends on the platform and what mode it is enrolled in.

If in Device Owner mode or supervised mode, depending on platform.

These points are all not possible due to Apple's take of privacy. Yes they allow you to manage a device however the data on said device is still classed as private even if your company owns the device.
