Is MDM support POS Device / Handheld ?

Hi all

i would like to install MDM on POS device (Senor equipment + android V9) and Handheld (Point mobile + android V9), i found that POS device only install work profile, which i need device owner mode but it seem pos device cannot do as device owner mode. So, please recommend how POS device install owner mode profile? also, it fine i can go device owner mode with handheld. 

Note: How i know my pos device support meraki mdm? Have any paper compatible device for meraki mdm?

It'll depend on the manufacturer's flavour of Android that they use, if it's not using a standard Android built and it's been heavily customised you may experience some issues.
