Our Ipads say in the MDM app that they are connected to the device manager however when I log into our Device manager dashboard no Ipads are connected any help would be greatly appreciated.
On one of your devices try to re-install the meraki and see if the device comes online. How many devices do you have? Are you on MDM Enterprise or Free? Is your certificate up to date? If iPads are sleeping they shut off wifi as well. Let me know.
have tried reinstalling meraki on one device it says that it is connected but it does not appear in the dashboard. we are on the free version, yes the certificate is up to date and have about 90 ipads.
