Invalid User ID

Hi,

 

I can't install any app anymore.

 

-On my mobile i get the following msg "u need to ask ur admin " and i can't access the playstore

 

-On Meraki Dashboard :

-When i force the app on the MDM, the command is sent but fail and i get -> " status: 'Failed to install "every app i try", invalid user ID'  in the log.

 

 

If you have a solution, lov on u.
