Installing a custom APK does not work

We have tried to bring a custom apk app to our tablets via the MDM. All without success.The name is displayed on the tablet, but it says "Failed to download the custom app".
This also happens with the apk we uploaded to the Meraki Cloud. Neither from our website, nor from Meraki Cloud the apk can be installed.

The following error message still appears:

Problem solved.

Under System Manager / Settings created a profile in Kiosk mode for private APP.
Then the URL path specified with file name.But as package name I took "ch.ionesoft.ilp.android.application.beook", the internal name of the app.
