So we enrolled a new phone, could not find it in the list by provision date. when we searched for the IMEI it came up as an old phone that is still provisioned by the description but with the information from the new phone. When we turn off the new phone and refresh systems manger on the old device the dashboard shows the information for the old device. If we turn off the old device and refresh the SM app on the new phone the dashboard now has the info for the new phone. Both phones are android.
