Failed To Change Homepage On Safari Browser!

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to say that this is my first post here. Guys, After several attempts, I am unable to change the change homepage on the safari browser. Currently, I am using iPhone11. Can you provide any suggestions?

Can you clarify how you're attempting to set this?
Are you trying to enforce a standard home page for all devices? Are you trying to change the homepage on a single managed device from the device itself?

I have tried the process mentioned here (you mentioned also) and fixed the issue.
