Error Enrolling Devices in Meraki Systems Manager - Profile Installation Failed

Hello

 

I am facing an issue with enrolling devices in Meraki Systems Manager. When trying  to enrol ;  I am getting an error message stating "Profile Installation Failed." This happens consistently across multiple devices, including both iOS and Android.

 

The devices are up-to-date with the latest OS versions;  and we have followed the standard process as outlined in the Meraki documentation and sfmc guide also . The error occurs right after the profile download, during the installation phase.

 

I have already restarted the devices and attempted re-enrollment, checked that our network allows the necessary traffic for enrollment, and verified that our Systems Manager licenses are active and valid.

Even after  these efforts;  the issue still there . Has anyone faced this issue before?

Any advice  on how to resolve it would be appreciated !
