Enterprise app won't install

In the last couple of months I installed a couple of enterprise apps by uploaden IPA files. It always worked until today.
 
I uploaded the new version of an app and on the iPad it looks like it's downloading and installing. After this process the icon of the app is greyed out and shows a circle+lines+rectangles (not the icon of the enterprise app). When I click on this icon it says that the app can't be installed.
 
In the Meraki dashboard it says that the app is installed correctly. The problem is that the app is 51mb but in Meraki it only shows like it's 12kb.
 

I've tried to upload previous versions of this enterprise app (that worked before) but they also give the same problem. I haven't changed anything on the iPad, no updates or anything. 

 

I've reset the Ipad, enrolled the device again but it still isn't working.

 

Can anyone help me?

@RubendeFine  You may need to contact support, it sounds like something has half cached somewhere and is causing issues.
