Enforce Passcode iOS11

Hi Guys,

I may be missing something obvious here but I cannot for the life of me find a way to prompt a user to require a passcode in iOS11.

I've set up a supervised device and a passcode profile. When I push the profile to the device it shows as being active but does not actually prompt the user to enter a passcode. Is there a different setting somewhere else to do this? If the user goes in to TouchID & Passcodes then the restrictions I've ask for are there but that's expecting them to go looking for it.

We've only got iOS11 iPhones to test with so I can't check.  😞

So you have gone:

Settings/Passcode/

And played with those values?

Is your policy definately showing as applied in the dashboard to the device in question?

Worked it out. The passcode prompt was being closed by another prompt coming up. Turning off the phone brought it back up.
