Custom App on Windows 10 stored on Google Drive?

Has anyone had any success in installing a custom app on a Windows 10 machine when the .exe file is stored on Google Drive?  I can make it work if I upload the exe to the Meraki server for download....but it won't work if the same .exe is stored on Drive.

Google Drive share links do not work with Meraki from my experience. Using S3 in AWS should work.

Thanks, Jared.  I can't make the Google thing work and I'm going to take your advice and give up on it!  I like your AWS solution...
