Changing iPad settings through Managed App Config

Hi All, first post, and hope to contribute later.

Q: Does anyone have good insight/knowledge on what/where to find Apple iOS keys/settings.

I am trying to set the "default" calendar to be that of our corporate Exchange Calendar.  Calendar and Email are correctly working the Exchange Activesync push.

I am hoping to Manage the calendar by selecting "Com.apple.mobilecal" within a Managed App Config. 

I am having difficulty in finding a good resource to identify the available keys to setup.

Will keep looking but hoping to introduce myself and be taught a good lesson 🙂

This site tries to keep a database of any known managed app config settings on iOS. That being said... Apple doesn't allow for any management of "default" apps for mail/calendar/contacts/Maps/browser/etc.
