Changing iPad settings through Managed App Config

I don't know if this is possible but I would like to change device settings on managed iPads through the MDM.  

I see that there is an option to choose Settings once you choose the iOS platform.

Specifically I would like to change the Brightness and True Tone settings but if there were a list somewhere of all the key\value options that would be even better in case I need to adjust other settings later.

that would have to be done on the device itself , Apple doesn't allow that much control on a device in that nature of things

Most system settings i.e brightness, volume, notifications cannot be set by an MDM. 

For example you can force the user to have a passcode but you cannot specify what the passcode is.
