Apps Installation

I recently installed systems manager on 2 Ipads as supervised devices, but still, the end user has to accept any apps to be installed. how do I silently push out apps without the user having to hit install?

@Riser You may need to remove the devices ability to manually install app i.e. access to the app store. Also have you got Auto Install / Uninstall set on the app's settings?
