Apple B2B App Push via API

I am looking to push/update an app in the Apple B2B App Store through the Meraki API, but I can't seem to find anything in the App documentation.  Please Help!

Thanks.  We already have the B2B Manager enabled and can push via the Dashboard, I am looking for a way to do it via the Rest API.
