Android Tablet - Cannot Factory Reset

I removed an Android tablet from the network from the dashboard so that I could factory reset it.
It removed from the network and prompted me to delete SM. However, despite removing it from the network it still is enforcing all the restrictions. I cannot delete SM, factory reset it, nor reconnect to the network.

Please advise.

Most Android devices have an option were you can go into recovery mode and wipe it.  Usually you hold in a button while powering on.  Try Googling your device and "recovery mode",

This helped to some extend. I was able to factory reset, however, I am receiving this error message when I try to re-enroll:

"unable to sign in due to an unknown error"... Then, something about waiting 24 hours and trying again.

Any thoughts?

I think that will require a support case ...

Thanks. I already started one the other day. I'll report back when I get a solution
