Hello, I'm from Santiago, Chile, and I work for GTD, a well-known company in the IT sector. We realized that hiring people who were inexperienced with Cisco Meraki equipment often made it difficult for them to use the platform. Therefore, we created a simple network with three old warehouse devices on our internal network. We used an MX84, an MS225-24, and an MR33. With this simple network, we created an internal training course with simple questions, inspired by the old 2.02 study material from 2021 and materials from the Meraki Community. Our study network is called LAB1, inspired by the material from those years. Our students can access the commonly used network. They cannot configure it (this is to prevent any configuration from being erased), but they can access all Cisco Meraki menus without restrictions and thus understand Meraki's comprehensive and granular dashboard.

The purpose of the project is to give students a first impression and introduction to the equipment. This way, by the time they begin working, they already have a grasp of the technology, making it easier for them to understand and carry out their daily work. It has been very useful for everyone.

Hola soy de Santiago de Chile, trabajo para una empresa conocida del sector de TI, GTD. Nos dimos cuenta de que al contratar gente que no tenia experiencia con equipos Cisco Meraki muchas veces se les dificultaba el uso de la plataforma. Es por esto, que creamos una red simple con 3 dispositivos antiguos de bodega en nuestra red interna. Usamos un MX84, MS225-24 y MR33. Con esta red simple creamos un curso de capacitacion interna con preguntas simples, inspiradas del material de estudio antiguo 2.02 del año 2021 y en material de Meraki Community. Nuestra red de estudio, se llama LAB1, inspirada en el material de aquellos años. Nuestros estudiantes pueden ingresar a la red que es de uso comun. No pueden configurar (esto para evitar que se borre alguna configuracion), pero pueden acceder sin restricciones a todos los menus de Cisco Meraki y de esta manera entender el dashboard tan completo y granular que posee Meraki.

La finalidad del proyecto es dar una primera impresion e introduccion de los equipos a los estudiantes, de esta manera al comenzar a trabajar ya tienen una nocion de la tecnologia y les facilita la comprension y el trabajo del dia a dia. ha sido muy util para la gente.
