Enable retail and inhouse clinic with technology that is fit for purpose and delight both staff and customers.

The existing CCTV camera system and technology was difficult to use, and require IT to support each time user want to retrieve video. There was no WiFi capability in the clinic, and no capability of knowing if the network has any issues. Went out to look for a simple solution and found Meraki, and used MX, MR, MV, MI to standardise all clinics and Cisco switches (existing). I am looking forward to do more analytics related work when these systems are fully deployed.
