Playbook Objective
This playbook is designed to help Cisco Meraki partners successfully and profitably develop a managed services practice within their business. This includes creating Meraki cloud-managed IT-as-a-service solutions without the infrastructure buildout required by traditional on-premise management platforms. The playbook is intended to be utilized by Meraki sales and channel account teams, partners, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as a resource for developing or optimizing sustainable, profitable, and differentiated managed services powered by Meraki technology.
This playbook’s target audience are Meraki partners:
- Value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators (SIs) seeking to expand their capabilities and offer managed services powered by Meraki.
- MSPs seeking to accelerate their time-to-market when offering Meraki-powered solutions.
This playbook contains relevant context, considerations, and actionable recommendations to successfully launch these new capabilities, take new managed services to market, and deliver these new services throughout the customer lifecycle. The playbook may be consumed either cover-to-cover (for those seeking to go from ‘zero to new managed service launched’), or by section, as needed, (for existing MSPs seeking to optimize their existing business or drive greater operational efficiencies, differentiation, or profitability).
