Meraki Go Auto Firmware Update

Can you clarify the auto firmware update and if this can be configured for maintenance windows / disabled for manual updates?

You can choose a time and day each week to check/install them. They cannot be disabled from what I see.

Does it give you the option to check only, or is it a check and install?
