Description:
When navigating to Hardware the switch and router were missing from the inventory list, but my APs were displayed.
Trouble Shooting Steps:
1. Log on with Safari navigate to the Hardware page.
2. Refresh page
3. Close tab open new tab navigate to Hardware page (missing)
4. Log in with MS Edge navigate to the Hardware page.(missing)
5. Click the refresh wheel.(resolved)
Status: Monitoring
Work Around:
When on the hardware page click the refresh wheel located at the top lefthand side of the page.
