Add hardware - invalid response (new Meraki Go setup)

Hi, am new to Meraki Go, and a new system. 

Created account, am I to the App but despite using QR code or typing the code I can't add devices. 

Have tried logging in and out, on App and Web on two devices. Same error. And tried on cellular instead of WiFi.
