Org-Wide Assurance in the Meraki Dashboard!

🎉 New Feature: Org-Wide Assurance (Beta) – See Your Network Health at a Glance!

We’re excited to introduce a new Org-Wide Assurance landing page experience, now available in beta for eligible organizations!

This new view gives you an assurance-focused perspective of your entire organization, helping you:

• ✅ Monitor health across all networks in one place

• 🚨 Quickly identify problematic networks

• 🔍 Drill into specific issues at the network level for faster resolution

Org-Wide Assurance complements the existing Assurance Overview page by giving you a broader, organization-level lens to understand overall health and performance trends.

How to Try It Out

Cisco Partners and Cisco employees can check out Meraki Launchpad 🚀 where the feature is already enabled, and we’re gradually rolling this feature out worldwide. If your org is eligible, you’ll see a toggle in the top-right corner of the landing page to opt in. Once enabled, you can also opt out from the same spot to return to the original experience during the beta.

You can also enable or disable this feature from the Organization > Early Access page

Has this feature moved?  I used to be able to get to this but just noticed it has gone.  I can see Assurance per Network but not at Org Level anymore, it was very useful.

Hey @Matt-P , what we were trying to communicate here was that the Organization > Summary page was undergoing a revamp to be more focused on the concept of network assurance 🙂 It looks like the toggle to opt-in to this landing page experience isn't there anymore as everyone's dashboard has this new look. Were you experiencing something else? I hope I'm understanding your question accurately!

Thanks @Phi-L So I must have opted in when this started as I have seen a screen like the one in your original post with the network health scores recently.  Cant remember exactly how I got there.  But now my  Organisation >Summary Page just gives a list of network and the traffic light status of the devices within.  So basically I have the old version still.  Should i log a case for this?  thanks

Hmm you could @Matt-P , but I'd want to know if it's actually the Organization > Overview page you're looking at versus the Organization > Summary page. Attached is my Overview page which definitely has the traffic lights and is not changing soon to my knowledge. If you're certain it's the Summary page that has your traffic lights, I think a Support case is a good next step.

Thanks, yeah its definitely the Org Summary page i am looking at.  I did log a case for this and they suggested that this feature may have been reverted back to the original page for everyone possibly while it is developed further.  Basically just to clarify, the original post that shows the new layout with a network score next to each network has gone.  Its a shame as it was very useful.
