We’re excited to share that Client360 is now live in Meraki Launchpad 🚀, our demo organization available to all Partners and Cisco employees. Client360 is an initiative by our dashboard and Assurance teams to provide a unified view of wired, wireless, and remote clients—helping you troubleshoot a given client connection more intuitively and faster than ever before.
Client360 isn't in just one place -- it's an improvement and optimization of both the organization-wide Summary page and individual client pages. Highlights include:

Connectivity Timeline – Track client activity and status over the past week.

Onboarding & Correlated Events – Quickly surface the root cause of issues like DHCP or DNS failures.

Client Topology – Visualize the connection path (live and historical), including ThousandEyes app monitoring if licensed.
Client360 is in public beta, which as you all know means it's demoable in Meraki Launchpad 🚀! We've already configured the new Client360 look If you'd like to check this out for yourself, go ahead and follow these steps:

Log into Meraki Launchpad 🚀 through dCloud and authenticate with your Cisco credentials.

In the Meraki Launchpad 🚀 organization, start at the Summary page and then explore the new look and feel.

Use it in your own demos to highlight faster troubleshooting, richer context, and proactive support.
