Meraki Automation Using Python

In this half-day virtual instructor-led workshop, you will learn how to create custom API scripts using Python together with the Meraki dashboard. Programmability is a key skill set for network operators to quickly handle tedious tasks such as configuration, deployment, and management of physical and virtual devices through automation.

  • Explain the basics of REST API for which the Meraki dashboard uses

Note

Although no Python knowledge is expected for this workshop, we will not be covering Python installation processes. Participants should come to the workshop prepared with Python already installed and ready to go for the best training experience. A recommended alternative is to sign up for a free account at pythonanywhere - a cloud-based Python environment that would suffice for this workshop's needs.
