Meraki

I have a meraki network with many devices I need to add a new one when adding it, it works as a repeater, that is, it depends on being connected to another meraki, I need this meraki not to depend on another that is dependent

This happens when the AP fails to get an IP address via its Ethernet port.  Make sure you can plug a notebook into the port where the AP plugs in, and it can get an IP address and access the Internet ok.

 

If the port works - then you might have a cable issue.
