Meraki MR 36 Not connect to Meraki Dashborad and Not receive DHCP Address from DHCP Server

Dear All,

        I'm trying to add MR36 to My Meraki Dashboard, but it can't connect to Meraki Dashboard and also it not receive any dhcp address from server. If I connect with my laptop on that link , my pc got dhcp easily. I want to know what is this issue. If face only on MR36, other AP are fine. Thanks.

Have you tried the factory reset on the access point?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You could also check the local status page on the MR (after doing a factory reset) and see what reason it is reporting.
