Before joining Meraki, I worked as a NOC Technician at a managed service provider where I gained a solid foundation in troubleshooting and managing networks. As a Network Support Engineer, my daily tasks revolve around troubleshooting and helping customers resolve technical issues via phone and email. After five years in this role , I have developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting and network support and look forward to what the next five years hold."
