how to retrive Rx and Tx values for a wan1 or wan2 interface on he meraki appliance

I have been trying out the uplinkbandwidth api to fech he limits to send and receive on a nework ID bu for an appliance on a particular interface how to pull the live Rx and Tx bandwidtgh values thru dashboard apis as we see on the meraki dashboard monitor UI?

yes that api works and returns all appliances under the network ID under that Org ID ,but hat api lists thousands of srials and i cant filter a query by serial[]=serialNumber of a particular appliance

Yes that api works and returns all appliances under the network ID under that Org ID ,but hat api lists thousands of srials and i cant filter a query by serial[]=serialNumber of a particular appliance : example :
