Update Cisco Umbrella Dynamic Network Locations Using The Meraki API

Hi All,

Has anyone written a script that will take the current Meraki Public IP address of the MX (via the meraki API) and update that into the Umbrella dashboard in the Network section that the MX belongs to?

I have found a really old script from 5 or so years ago (https://github.com/meraki/dns-o-matic), but it needs a bit of work and a few other options when using devices purely on cellular connections.

The reason for using the meraki API is I dont want to have the opendns updater running locally and local compute is not always an option to run the updating client. So running a script using API commands would allow the script to be run anywhere in the world.

If anyone has any suggestions or has written something similar i would love to head about it.

Thank you
