Unknown hardware model after import ServiceNow

When I import into servicenow, the transformation map associates the equipment with the correct model but also creates another model: Unknow "model id".

Do you mind confirming if your Service Now App has been created following the below developer guide?

 

Also wanting to confirm your Service Graph Connector for Meraki is current - can be located below:

 

Lastly, important to note that ServiceNow uses model name and manufacturer to determine if a new model record should be created, and Meraki defaults the manufacturer to "Meraki". This can lead to duplicates if there is an existing model with a differing manufacturer.
