Topology link error between MS120 and a Cisco switch

Our customer has Meraki MS120-24 and Cisco C1000 switches in their branches.

The MSes are connected via Port 25 to Port 25. The Topology API returns false information regarding the connection between the MS120-24 and the C1000: it seems that both interfaces are named GigabitEthernet1/0/25. It is clearly false, because the Port 26 on the MS is connected to the GigabitEthernet1/0/25 port on the Cisco switch.

Please help us resolving this issue!

What firmware are you currently running?

Initial thoughts: this doesn't sound like a community fixable issue however you might consider opening a support ticket with engineering.

Try turning off CDP and enabling LLDP on the C1000 (if it supports this).
