SSID Radius settings

The /networks/:networkId/wireless/ssids/:number endpoint does not returns radius servers secret.

To be able to restore it we need it in the GET payload.

It has always been like that (not exporting the radius secret).

I don't know the reason - but it may be that the secret is not stored in a way where it can retrieved in plain text.
