Publishing Docs for endpoints that don't exist yet?

I am writing a script to transfer one org into another and I have 3rd party VPN settings that I want to automate.  API docs are there but when I try to find in the python library (1.0.0b5), nothing.  Try cURL, <title>Page not found - Cisco Meraki</title>. 

I assume the API endpoint has not been released?  Any info on the release date of this one?

Thanks!  I'll have a deeper look in the morning.  I have the script 99% but this would just be icing if it was exposed.
