I'm studying about Meraki API 

I will take Location Heatmap data ,show on web Application

The heat map data is not available through any public API.

You can use the Location API to receive all location information and use that data to built your own heatmap.  Showing locations on a map is relatively simple.  Producing your own heat map would take more effort.
