Obtaining Access Control Details from MX via the API

Is anyone aware if it is possible to extract the Access Control information from a MX using the API. From the documentation I can't see a GET method defined.

Access Control details are not exposed via any documented GET method.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
