Meraki Network Events Pagination

Hi All,

I am currently working on a getNetworkEvents, however the events is empty when visiting the next page

I test perPage=6 to get 6 events and get the last accurredAt to use as startingAfter

Then try to request using this params `events?productType=appliance&perPage=3&startingAfter=2021-07-05T01:26:40.508502Z` and I got events
